for people over the age of 55 to promote independent living in a community
setting, with access to 24/7 on-site care if this is required, along with communal

Construction was designed in house and comprises of 71 one and two
bedroom assisted living apartments, along with communal areas including Lounge,
Dining room, Kitchen, offices
14 two bedroom bungalows were also developed on the site and completed at the
same time.
